What You'll Do

As a Staff Accountant, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of daily accounting transactions across multiple entities. You'll support critical accounting functions while ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Apply and reconcile cash receipts and customer payments
  • Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related accounting activities
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain financial documentation and audit-ready records
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary
  • Support month-end close activities and financial reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and approval workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and efficiency
  • Identify exceptions, potential risks, and process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data across multiple entities

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-entity environment
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP
  • Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting functions
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
